Rugged nature blends here with forested islands, flat and bare skerries, and occasional sandy beaches. And naturally, the waters of the archipelago, which have already allowed for several sportfishing records, documented here. Especially, when targeting the fast-growing brackish-water pike, sea trout and perch.
We offer exclusive sportfishing, with well-adapted and modern boats. Our certified guides, with decades of experience, navigate you to top fishing sites among the nearly 30,000 islands, islets and skerries, each of its own character. Enjoy peaceful bays or the open and exposed sea, where waves can go high! Explore uninhabited neighboring islands with modern housing and ancient villages, situated side by side.
THE FISHING AREAS AND OFFERS
Fishing varies depending on season and locality. Pike fishing is primarily performed in the inner and central parts of the archipelago. Perch occurs in large shoals during late summer/early autumn and has during recent years offered outstanding fishing sessions. Fishing for sea trout, our real silver treasure, is mostly targeted during spring and autumn. Sea trout fishing is receiving more and more attention and is typically undertaken in the outer skerries, closer to the opened sea, where encounters with both seal and sea eagles are almost guaranteed.
More than 15 fishing guides are listed at the destination, all certified with the Baltic Sea Fishing ethical code and hold all necessary licenses and insurances for driving boats with tourist. They are highly advanced in fishing skills and service, well respected and known to the Swedish sportfishing community and all are fluent in English and often master other languages as well.
Everything from full packages, including dinner and accommodation, to full daytrips, half day trips, and evening trips. Also, custom-made fishing trips after your requests can be arranged. Daytrips typically include lunches, and high-quality fishing gears, life jackets and warm flotation suits (if necessary) are always provided.

WE GIVE BACK TO BALTIC SEA FISH POPULATIONS
The BSF fishing guides in Stockholm Archipelago actively support measures to improve natural production of coastal and migratory fish by earmarked funds derived from fishing tourism to local fish conservation measures. BSF stems from the EU-funded Retrout project that currently are improving the habitats and fishing production in four Swedish rivers. Other improvement measures, such as seasonal closure of important bays for pike reproduction and construction of suitable wetlands for fish reproduction (so called pike factories) are undertaken by the County Administrative Board of Stockholm (lead) and in cases in cooperation with the Swedish Anglers Association – Sportfiskarna.
