About me

I have a degree in radar and VHF use, a senior Skipper Class VIII certification and extensive maritime education, allowing me to carry up to 12 passengers on a boat at over 35-knot speed. I am trained in maritime safety, including cardiovascular and pulmonary resuscitation and have valid medical safety certificate.
For four decades I’ve been an influential force within sportfishing in Sweden. In addition to a successful career made as a competition angler since the 1970s, I have also worked as a trader since 1989, when Berras Sportfiske AB opened its doors in Stockholm. In recent years, fishing guidance for private individuals and companies has been the focus of my attention. In addition, the competition has evolved into countless pike and trolling contests, which I take part in myself with good results.

Fishing boat

The boat is a top-equipped Silver Eagle 630 CC with a 12-inch plotter/ echo sounder from Lowrance. Flyovers or life jackets for everyone are available, along with emergency lights on board. The boat is unsinkable and carried on a trailer, hence can be put in wherever the fishing of the day is taking place. Two to five guests can fish from the boat, with three being the ideal setup. The boat is absolutely superb for the purpose of private fishing trips, corporate events, stag parties and bridal showers, and other fishing experiences you wish to be fixed. After all, a day on the lake is a good day!
